No need to be in hurry, MIC tells MCA

KUALA LUMPUR: MIC has expressed its disappointment over MCA’s decision calling for Barisan Nasional (BN) to be dissolved.

Its deputy president Datuk Seri M Saravanan said it was difficult to understand MCA’s rationale behind the call, as the matter was not discussed among component parties.

“It is best for such things to be discussed first before any decisions are taken.

“It looks like MCA has a plan to move into a new house but the house is not even completed yet....where are they going to stay for now,” he said.

Saravanan said there was no need for BN to be dissolved and MCA should have thought out their plan thoroughly instead of rushing into making such an announcement.

He said MCA should reconsider what its delegates had decided in the annual conference yesterday.
