KUALA LUMPUR: Amcorp Properties Bhd (AmProp) with its long-time partner Grosvenor Europe Investments Ltd has purchased two new properties in the Chamberi district of Madrid, Spain.
In an exchange filing today, the property development and engineering services company said Modesto Lafuente is located close to the main Jose Abascal Street in the sought after Rios Rosas neighbourhood.
“The joint venture will transform the two buildings situated on Modesto Lafuente and Santa Engracia streets into -end residential and commercial space,” it said.
AmProp added the office bloc will encompass 32,292 sq ft spread over 10 floors with a beautiful frontage view of greenery.
The building will be converted into 13 exclusive apartments, offering a modern looking facade and basement parking facility.
