LUXURY LIVING has been taken to another level at AIRA Residence, a RM870 million ultra luxurious project in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur.
Developer Selangor Properties Bhd (SPB) has awarded contracts worth more than RM11 million to three European brands — Miele, De Detriech and Albrecht Jung GMBH & Co — to supply luxury products to 154 units of AIRA Residence.
SPB chief operating officer Chong Koon San said the partnership with brands like Miele, De Dietrich and Jung is testimony to the quality of every element of the marquee development.
“We’ve taken quality seriously... it’s not skin-deep as witnessed in so many local so-called ‘luxury’ projects,” he said.
Chong believes that residents of AIRA Residence will appreciate Miele’s kitchen equipment, which is a marriage of engineering innovation and elegance to perfectly reflect the interiors of the residence.
De Dietrich will supply high-end home appliances known for their performance and durability, he said.
German-based Jung will supply circa 15,000 bronze aluminium and white face plates to the project, covering all apartments and common areas.
The company’s sophisticated light switches are also designed to complement the elegance of the AIRA Residence, giving homeowners convenience and control of their home.
Jung general manager for Malaysia, Chua Kian Lin, said: “It’s rare to find a developer who understands product workmanship in the way SPB has approached the AIRA Residence project. AIRA Residence, nestled on 1.21ha at the high point of Jalan Batai — the last low-density development within the Damansara Heights enclave, is currently under construction.
The units are selling between RM4.6 million and RM13.5 million or at an average RM1,750 per sq ft (psf). Their built-up area ranges from 2,679 to 7,730 sq ft.
The project is planned for completion in 2020.
