Creating healthy bedroom space

HAVE you ever wondered why it takes you so long to fall asleep at night, or why is it that you feel tired the next morning despite sleeping for a good eight to 10 hours?

The bedroom is the room where you spend the majority of your precious private time. It has a powerful influence on other aspects of your life and you don’t want to ruin that by not paying close attention to what is depriving you off your sleep.

A feng shui expert revealed that the number one design disaster that is stopping you from sleeping and ruining your health is not having equal room on both sides of the bed.

Laura Cerrano was quoted in an article by MailOnline last year saying that one of the most vital elements of designing your bedroom is to ensure you leave equal room on both sides of the bed — and never have it pushed up against the wall.

“This is symbolic of creating equal space for both you and your partner,” she said, while acknowledging that this isn’t always possible in smaller spaces.

According to her, even sparing so much as an inch will work wonders and having two side tables and lamps will do better as it relates to balance.

Laura also explained that the flow of energy and position of your furniture can improve your sleep as you will feel more calm and tranquil.

Lastly, having a view of the bedroom door from your bed will allow you to literally, energetically, and metaphorically see and feel who and what opportunities are approaching their life.
