Good energy potential at The Estate

QI is a Chinese word which means flowing vital energy. Its presence is believed to be able to increase personal wellbeing, happiness, good fortune and success.

According to renowned author and expert on Chinese Metaphysical studies Datuk Joey Yap, a housing project that boasts a fortuitous location attracts considerable positive qi.

The home is an ideal place to start when it comes to harmonising the flow of qi, he said during his presentation recently on the positive Feng Shui highlights of The Estate@South Bangsar.

Yap also offered fresh insights on how to harness best fortune this year and pursue harmony, maximise qi and create balanced energy flow in the living environment.

In his assessment of The Estate last year, Yap revealed that home owners there could look forward to multi-generational prosperity and health.

He said there are specific aspects of the home and metaphysical solutions that can help improve fortune, health and wealth in the year ahead.

The Estate, a project by Bon Estates Sdn Bhd, features two 45- storey towers (with 328 residential units) overlooking the majestic view of the Bukit Gasing forest reserve.

Bon Estates managing director Goh Soo Sing said the company’s aim, through the project, to create a balanced and harmonious living environment for home seekers.

He said with a strong commitment to delivering a wholesome “good living” experience to modern home seekers, the company has put tremendous focus on crafting spaces that connect with people through balance, harmony, artistry and emotive appeal.

“We understand that comfort, lifestyle value and peace of mind are key ingredients that provide dwellers with a vital sense of belonging. For many, that sense of comfort and peace comes with a lifestyle that scores well both on the physical as well as metaphysical scale.” said Goh.
