The fourth and final series of the MyRumah Property Showcase 2018 happening this weekend (Sept 21-23) in Melaka will target homebuyers and property investors from around the central and southern regions.
Organised by The New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad (NSTP), among the confirmed participating developers are Bukit Pelali Sdn Bhd, Handal Group, SPNB Aspirasi Sdn Bhd, Setia Awan Group and Teladan Setia Sdn Bhd.
They will feature various medium to high-end housing properties in Melaka and Johor, starting from RM232,000.
The projects in Melaka include a condominium development in Bukit Serindit (from RM232,000); single and double-storey terraced and linked houses at Taman Desa Bertam in Bertam (from RM278,800); single-storey bungalows and double-storey semi-detached houses in Taman Sutera Wangi in Batu Berendam (from RM580,000); and double-storey bungalows at Bandar Jasin Bestari in Bemban (from RM740,700).
The projects in Johor are double-storey terraced houses, cluster and shop offices at Bukit Pelali in Pengerang (from RM380,000).
Overall, the developers will offer property projects with total gross development value of over RM1 billion.
There will be attractive promotions, discounts and purchase rebates for eligible buyers.
Non-developers participating in the MyRumah event include Amanah Raya Bhd, Bank Muamalat Bhd, Kenanga Investors and Takaful Ikhlas Bhd and they will be able to assist you with financing matters.
There will be fun activities for the whole family during the three-day event.
Lucky draw sessions will be held daily. Visitors only need to stamp their ‘MyRumah passport’ at every booth to be eligible.
The showcase at Mahkota Parade is open from 10am to 10pm. Admission is free.
