SkyAwani 4 Residences may be your next chance to grab this worthy Awani series by SkyWorld Development Group.
The city developer is selling SkyAwani 4, which has a total of 1,782 units in three towers with a height of 55 floors each.
SkyAwani 4, fronting a 0.4-ha park with jogging track, cycling track and blossom park has a total gross development value (GDV) of over RM534 million.
SkyWorld chief operating officer Lee Chee Seng said all the units come with practical layout of 800 sq ft, three bedrooms and two bathrooms at a fixed price of RM300,000.
Lee said, SkyAwani 4 is a strong evidence of SkyWorld’s ongoing endeavour in delivering a good mix of projects centered around the group's three key strengths namely – value creation, integrated sky living experience, and innovative concepts.

To-date, SkyWorld has launched close to 4,400 units of residences under its Awani series.
The units are fully sold as they offered good pricing, practical layout and full-fledged condominium facilities like infinity lap pool, floating gym and a multi-purpose hall.
SkyWorld is in the process of handing over the keys for SkyAwani 2 to homeowners.
SkyAwani 2, located off Jalan Ipoh has a GDV of over RM250 million. It boasts 708 units of residences and was fully sold within six months.
The project was completed ahead of schedule, said Lee during a recent media preview of the property.
"We invited our business associates to let them discover for themselves why the SkyAwani series is the most sought after affordable homes in Kuala Lumpur. Many were surprised to see what we have delivered for our buyers at a price tag of RM300,000," he said.
Lee said affordable living can be made luxury hence the idea of having a resort-inspired theme in SkyAwani 2 despite the project coming under Residensi Wilayah, an affordable housing program initiated by the government.
SkyAwani 2 is targeted to achieve above 70 per cent QLASSIC rating, a system and method used by CIDB to assess and evaluate the quality of building workmanship based on the Construction Industry Standard in Malaysia.
This system was established as a means to objectively compare the quality of workmanship through a series of stringent scoring system.
