Selangor Dredging launches RM455.62 million project in Singapore

Selangor Dredging Bhd (SDB) has launched Myra, a transit-oriented development (TOD) and it is expected to be completed by November 2024.

The project, with an estimated total gross development value of about RM455.62 million offers 85 units of residences in a 12-storey building.

It was reported that Myra sold 17 units over the weekend of September 26 at an average price of S$2,000 to S$2,100 per square ft (psf).

It is unknown how many units have been sold to date.

The freehold project is located at Meyappa Chettiar Road and Woodsville Close in District 13 - Potong Pasir.

In a statement, SDB said that Myra sits along a 4.2km long planned heritage site that cuts through various connected enclaves of landed homes, heritage shop-houses and educational institutions.

"Myra lies at the heart of a major URA initiative envisioned to intensify the greening of Serangoon to be a car-lite and cyclist-friendly community," SDB said.

The architecture of Myra introduces a multi-layered experience with its softly rounded façade and subtly coloured horizontal aluminium 'ribbons' that change in tone from champagne at the lower floors to muted gold at the topmost floor.

Visitors and residents will be greeted by an 'oculus' at the Grand Lobby, a circular skylight that exhibits dramatic play of lighting and shadows by night.

Facilities include a 25m lap pool, a children's playground, hydrotherapy pool, hydro gym, outdoor gym, an outdoor dining area, a BBQ area, sunbath loungers and chill deck.

SDB's other projects in Singapore include Jui Residences and One Draycott.
