Sime Darby Property will introduce more homes as demand grows

After a string of recent successes, Sime Darby Property is looking forward to introducing its upcoming products, namely Ilham Residence 2 and The Twin Factories 2 in the City of Elmina, Serenia Amalia Square in Serenia City, and Alura in Bandar Bukit Raja.

Sime Darby Property group managing director, Datuk Azmir Merican, attributed the recent successful launches to homebuyers' trust in the brand and its commitment to meeting market demand for homes in prime locations at the right price point.

Serenia Aiora Phase 2 and Dayana 2 registrations are also being accepted by the company.

"Sime Darby Property products are in high demand because homebuyers identify our brand with excellent quality and value. These factors check all the boxes a homebuyer would have, including homes designed to cater to evolving lifestyles and needs," he said.

The company achieved 100 per cent take-up rates for Dayana Phase 2 homes in Nilai Impian, Negeri Sembilan, and Serenia Aiora Phase 1 homes in Serenia City, Selangor.

Dayana Phase 2 had 63 units and Serenia Aiora Phase 1 had 144 units, for a total gross development value (GDV) of RM132.4 million.

The Dayana Phase 2 home features modern vernacular double-storey linked homes fully equipped with multi-generational living elements and numerous amenities. With prices starting from RM509,888, the 20' x 60' homes come with four bedrooms and three bathrooms and built-up areas starting from 1,734 sq. ft.

Serenia Aiora Phase 1 offers homes with prices starting from RM702,888 and generous built-up sizes ranging from 1,866 to 2,132 sq. ft. The double-storey linked homes are close to four lush parks leaving park-loving homebuyers spoilt for choice.

During their respective sales previews earlier this month, all of the units were snapped up immediately, marking the company's fourth consecutive booked-out new launch.

Azmir stated that this builds on the company's recent successes with Elmina Green Five in the City of Elmina and Trilia in Bukit Jelutong.

He said a significant amount of research went into the product development, which was consistent with the company's goal of offering more spacious interiors with versatile spaces that can be converted into home offices or for learning.
