TA Global, OpenHouse aim to improve homebuying experience

KUALA LUMPUR: TA Global Berhad has forged a partnership with OpenHouse, an AI-driven proptech company, to elevate the homebuying experience by granting access to exclusive listings and tailored recommendations.

Through this collaboration, users can explore a minimum of 200 listings via the OpenHouse mobile app, encompassing pre-launch, launched, and completed properties.

"We are proud to be the first property developer in Malaysia to partner with the OpenHouse app and lead the way in innovation," said Lee Yen Foong, chief operating officer of TA Global.  

He emphasised the company's commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs and preferences.

OpenHouse users will gain access to TA Global's extensive property portfolio.

Nick Tan, business and partnership director at OpenHouse, highlighted the company's mission to assist homebuyers in finding properties that align with their needs, leveraging AI technology and map navigation to enhance customisation while collaborating with developers like TA Global to offer diverse property options.

Jan Wong, technology director at OpenHouse, underlined the app's seamless and personalised property search functionality tailored to the preferences of today's homebuyers.

He emphasised empowering buyers with comprehensive insights through the company's proprietary Real Estate AI (RE:AI), which integrates diverse data sources to deliver informed decision-making support.

OpenHouse aims to realise homeownership dreams for first-time buyers and establish itself as Malaysia's premier property platform for new launches, while prioritizing user empowerment and informed decision-making.
