ALOR SETAR: Kedah has accepted the invitation to play in the Suramadu Super Cup at the Gelora Bangkalan Stadium in Jawa on Jan 8-12.
The tournament is being held to celebrate Madura United's anniversary on Jan 10.
Persebaya Surabaya and Persela FC make up the other teams in the competition.
Kedah will use the round robin competition as a build up for the M-League, which starts in February.
Former Super League champions Selangor and PKNS were also invited but things did not materialise.
