Moto3 ace Adam achieves career-best in Argentina

KUALA LUMPUR: Adam Norrodin showed great composure to score a career best-fifth place finish in the Moto3 race at the Argentina Motorcycle Grand Prix last night.

The Petronas Sprinta Racing rider finished the race 9.112 seconds behind winner Marco Bezzechi (Redox PruestelGP) of Italy who crossed the line in 41 minutes and 43.822 seconds in wet conditions at the Termas de Rio Hondo Circuit.

Adam had shown impressive form since the first practice on Friday, where he placed second, and notched a personal best of fourth in qualifying on Saturday.

Petronas Sprinta teammate Ayumu Sasaki (Japan) finished the race just out of the points in 16th (+29.252s) after starting from 13th on the grid.
