DHAKA: Monsoon season hit Bangladesh early to cause havoc in the last day of Asia Cup round robin matches at the Maulana Bhasani Stadium in Dhaka on Saturday.
Malaysia will now play South Korea at 11.30pm, while the Pakistan-India match will be held at 9pm (Malaysian time).
The pitch and surrounding areas became waterlogged after two days of non-stop torrential rain and work to pump out water is ongoing.
Malaysia need to beat Korea in this final round robin match to play in their first Asia Cup final since the inception of the tournament in 1982.
