BUKIT JALIL: PKS Uniten produced a fine performance to demolish KL Wipers 8-1 in a Malaysian Women's League match at the National Hockey Stadium on Saturday.
"The players played to instructions and did very well to score eight goals," said PKS United coach Lailin Abu Hassan.
"We have a young team who are being groomed for the Malaysia Games later this year and this win is a huge motivation. I hope they can continue the momentum in the upcoming matches."
PKS Uniten scored through Nuraini Abdul Rashid (third and 57th minutes), Hanis Nadiah Onn (sixth, 27th and 50th), Fatin Shafika Mahd Sukri (eighth), Fatin Naimah Zaki (31st), Nur Zafirah Aziz (39th).
Hasya Syahida Saifuddin replied for KL Wipers in the 15th minute
