HANOI: It was double joy for archer Juwaidi Marzuki at the Hanoi Sea Games today.
The archer won gold medals in the men's individual and mixed team compound events.
In the individual final, the Malaysian defeated Thailand's Sirapop Chainak 147-142 (30-26, 30-28, 30-30, 28-29, 29-29).
Malaysia's Alang Ariff Aqil Muhammad Ghazali claimed the bronze after defeating Vietnam's Van Day Nguyen 146-143.
Juwaidi had earlier won the mixed team title with Fatin Nurfatehah Salleh.
