BATANG KALI: Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani has arrived at the Father's Organic Farm campsite in Batang Kali at 5.23pm.
He was expected to be briefed on the ongoing search-and-rescue (SAR) mission to locate another 10 missing victims of the landslide here.
The pre-dawn incident on Friday occured at the Father's Organic Farm campsite in Batang Kali, where 51 adults and 31 children registered for an overnight stay.
The landslide, triggered by an embankment slope failure, has claimed 23 lives.
The SAR team has rescued 61 victims and is working to locate another 10 missing victims.
State Fire and Rescue Department director Datuk Norazam Khamis said the SAR team has combed through 40 per cent of the landslide up to Saturday afternoon.
