FIVE months have passed and the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) has yet to replace a damaged signboard.
Mamat of Shah Alam said he had complained to the council in January but the signboard was still dangling from a tree.
“Is it so difficult to replace the signboard? It has been five months,” he said.

An MBSA spokesman apologised for the delay and said the matter had been referred to the council’s engineering department.
“We will replace the Jalan Liku signboard as soon as possible for the benefit of visitors to the area,” he said.
