KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) says the public can lodge complaints through its KLCares app.
They can also upload photos linked to their complaints via the app.
The app uses an integrated complaint system created by the Public Complaints Bureau of the Prime Minister’s Department.
The integrated system is also used by other government agencies to monitor and investigate complaints.
The app is available for download at Google Playstore and iTunes for android and iOs users respectively.
