Orange traffic cones placed at the roadside outside a home in Jalan Cecawi in Kota Damansara, Selangor, are making it difficult for motorists.
A resident said the cones disrupted traffic flow and caused obstructions.
“Are residents allowed to put orange traffic cones near their homes?
“This poses a danger to passing traffic as half the road is blocked.”

A spokesman for the Petaling Jaya City Council said the situation had been reported by residents and a team from the council would remove the cones.
The spokesman said residents were not allowed to place cones as they interfered with traffic.
He said only local authorities were allowed to place cones to indicate to the public that works were being done in the area.
The spokesman said: “We do not allow anyone to place cones or objects that block traffic flow.”
