Disruption of IT service

A BROADBAND subscriber claimed the service provider is slow in rectifying a problem he reported on Oct 16.

The complainant, who identified himself as Mohaiden, said he was disappointed with the way the company responded to his complaint.

“I have been deprived of four days of Internet service and when I contacted the call centre, the operator told me the service provider was still looking into my problem,” he said.

He urged the company to speed up whatever repairs that were needed as it was not fair to him as a client.

ACTIONLINE:

The broadband service provider’s call centre said the company has received a report on Mohaiden’s complaint on Oct 16.

“We are looking into the problem and have identified the cause.

“It is a technical problem and our technician is working on resolving it. 

“Mohaiden would be notified via SMS or phone calls once this problem is fixed.”
