Ikhmas Jaya Group Bhd through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ikhmas Jaya Sdn Bhd has bagged a contract award worth RM26 million from Greenhill Resources Sdn Bhd to undertake various works for the proposed Setia City Mall phase 2 retail development in Selangor.
Greenhill Resources – a joint venture between SP Setia Bhd and Asian Retail Investment Fund – is the developer of the Setia City Mall.
In an exchange filing today, the engineering and construction company said the contract works include site clearance, earthworks, piling and pile caps, ground slab and ancillary works.
It said the contract works are expected to commence on August 9, 2017, and the completion is by April 11, 2018.
“The contract works are expected to contribute positively to our earnings and net assets for the financial years ending December 31, 2017 and December 31, 2018, respectively,” it said.
