KUALA LUMPUR: Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd has appointed Faizal Othman as its chief executive officer effective August 16, replacing Datuk Abdul Kadir Mohd Din who ended his tenure in December 2016.
Faizal’s last position was Ranhill Group of Companies chief operating officer and senior vice president – group business development.
In these capacities, Indah Water said Faizal played a role in the expansion and development of Ranhill’s business activities as well as transformation programme to support the vision, mission and corporate values of the company.
Faizal graduated from University of Tennessee, USA in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and began his career as a civil engineer with SMHB Sdn Bhd.
He possesses extensive experience in various fields including the water, wastewater, power and engineering industries locally and also overseas specifically China, India, Thailand and the Middle East.
