Sime Darby Property eyes good take up rate for RM269.2m Lot 15

 

SUBANG JAYA: Sime Darby Property Bhd expects good take up rate from young professionals and investors for its RM269.2 million Lot 15 service apartments.

The Lot 15 development, which sits on 2.23 acres, is made up of two 20-storey residential units and three levels of retail space.

"Lot 15 is at the right location and we're offering the right prices with freehold ownership," said Sime Darby Property Bhd chief operation and transformation officer Datuk Wan Hashimi Albakri.

"Many first time home buyers, young professionals and affluent property investors would like Lot 15 which embodies convenient urban living. We expect good take-up rates," he said at the launch of Lot 15, here, today.

"Lot 15 is within walking distance from Subang Jaya LRT station and is easily accesible from the Federal Highway, New Pantai Expressway, Damansara-Puchong Highway, New Klang Valley Expressway and Shah Alam Expressway.

Wan Hashimi noted that Lot 15 residential units are priced between RM593,888 and RM1.01 million before Bumiputera discount and five per cent sales rebate, with built up areas of between 624 sq ft and 1,001 sq ft. 

The smaller units have two bedrooms with one washroom while the bigger ones have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Among attractive offers housebuyers can consider are free legal fees on sale and purchase agreements, housing loans and disbursements. Maintenance fees at Lot 15 will be waived in the first 12 months.

Sime Darby Property PRIME members can look forward to a special additional discount of up to 3 per cent on their purchase.

Amenities at Lot 15 include a floating pavilion, adult and children swim pools, outdoor jacuzzis, multi-purpose hall and deck, gynasium, sauna room, BBQ area, prayer rooms and children playground.

Each of the 20-storey residential towers has three sky gardens where edible herbs will be planted.
