KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd has secured contracts worth RM385 million from Greenearth Landmark Sdn Bhd (GLSB).
Three contracts — for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) — and one for operation and maintenance (O&M), were secured by its wholly-owned subsidiary Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd (SDSB).
Serba Dinamik said the EPCC and O&M contracts’ duration ranges between 36 months and 10 years.
In addition, SDSB has also secured one EPCC and three new O&M contracts worth a combinedRM111 million from Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd, JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration (Malaysia) Ltd and Petronas Dagangan Bhd.
It said the contracts should contribute positively to the Group’s earnings for the financial years ending December 31 2018 to 2027.
Earlier in September, the company had also won EPCC and O&M contracts — worth RM206 million — from Eversendai Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd, JX Nippon Oil & Gas, Vestigo Petroleum Sdn Bhd, Malaysian Refining Company Sdn Bhd, Indoor Air System Sdn Bhd, Lotus West Sdn Bhd and Malaysia LNG.
