KUALA LUMPUR: Mitrajaya Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Mitrajaya Sdn Bhd, has been awarded a RM103.05 million construction contract involving the Perumahan Penjawat Awam 1 Malaysia (PPA1M) project from Putrajaya Homes Sdn Bhd.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the main building works involved the construction of 404 units of PPA1M public apartment with amenities.
It said the contract will commence on January 15, 2018 for duration of 36 months and is expected to be completed by January 14, 2021.
The contract is expected to contribute positively to Mitrajaya Group’s future earnings, it said.
