KUALA LUMPUR: Eversendai Corporation Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, Eversendai Engineering LLC Dubai (EVS Dubai), has bagged two new structural steel works contracts for One Za'abeel mix-used development and for a high end luxury residential tower Address Tower Residence IL Primo worth RM272 million.
Eversendai, in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today said contract works are expected to be completed in 2020.
The One Za'abeel contract was awarded by ALEC Engineering and Contracting LLC while the IL Primo Address Tower contract was awarded by TAV Construction.
The contracts are expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the financial year ending December 31, 2018 onwards until expiry of the contracts.
