ISKANDAR PUTERI: Sunway Citrine Hub, the central business hub for Lakeview Precint township, is set to steer economic growth in the area.
The hub, spanning 6,596.12 square metres, houses 51 retail units and 167 office suites for the surrounding community.
Sunway Iskandar chief executive officer Gerard Soosay said the integrated development is also located near the 8.09ha Emerald Lake park.
"Sunway Citrine Hub is not only self sustaining but also green in its development. Environmentally-friendly practices like rain water harvesting and green lighting system are being infused in the development," he said.
Gerard said to date, all 167 office suites have been taken up and occupied while the 328 serviced residences have been completed and ready for occupancy.
He was speaking at the launch of the Jaya Grocer supermarket at the Sunway Citrine Hub.
Also present were Jaya Grocer founder Teng Yew Huat and Jaya Grocer ambassador, Datuk Fazley Yaakob.
Meanwhile, Gerard said Sunway Iskandar welcomed the supermarket's effort in expanding into the area, with premium offerings that would pleased the surrounding communities.
This was Jaya Grocer's 23rd branch in the country.
