Meridin Bayvue gets direct link to JB East Coast Highway

KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd’s seafront mixed integrated complex, Meridin Bayvue in Sierra Perdana, is set to benefit from a direct connection to the Johor Bahru East Coast Highway.

The property developer said this direct access will shorten travel time to 11 minutes since the distance is only 12km between the Johor Bahru East Coast highway and Meridin Bayvue.

Mah Sing chief executive officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang said: Tthis new road is actually an additional plan that we have put in motion to enhance the connectivity for our buyers and the surrounding communities."

He explained it would provide easy access into the development thus enhancing its connectivity with adjoining areas such as Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru City Centre and also to Singapore.

Infrastructure investment is crucial to ensure the success and vibrancy of the area and development, Ho said in a statement yesterday.

"We are committed to providing our buyers with the best living conditions that place a strong emphasis on accessibility and connectivity thus enhancing the value of the project,” he said.

In addition to shortening the travel time for people to go in and out of Meridin Bayvue, Ho said the road facilitates connectivity to Johor Bahru City Centre, CIQ and Singapore.

"This will make Meridin Bayvue an even more appealing address for buyers as we offer seafront living with excellent facilities at a price range that many can afford,” he added.
