KUALA LUMPUR: WZ Satu Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary, WZS BinaRaya Sdn Bhd (WZSBR), had accepted two letters of award from Hasrat Sedaya Sdn Bhd for the subcontract works for the construction and completion of mainline and other associated works for the Sungai Besi–Ulu Klang Elevated (SUKE) Expressway worth RM63 million.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, WZ Satu said the commencement date for the project is on February 28, 2018 as mutually agreed and accepted by all parties and the completion date is on or before February 28, 2019.
It said the award is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets per share of the Group for the financial years ending August 31, 2018 to 2019.
