KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd and PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia, have secured new operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts and engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contracts worth a total of RM465.1 million.
In a statement, Serba Dinamik Holdings said Serba Dinamik secured a total of seven O&M contracts and one EPCC contract, while PT Serba Dinamik secured three O&M and two EPCC contracts.
Serba Dinamik Holdings Group Managing Director/Group Chief Executive Director, Datuk Dr Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah, said these new contracts would contribute towards enhancing the group’s long-term earnings.
“We have also managed to enter Kazakhstan through our first work contract there, which further strengthens our foothold in Central Asia. We are optimistic and confident that there will be more opportunities to enlarge our market presence in the region,” he added.
