KUALA LUMPUR: My E.G. Services Bhd’s (MYEG) associate company, I-Pay MYEG Philippines Inc (IPMPI), will market financial products from CIMB Bank Philippines Inc (CIMBPH) via IPMPI’s digital services and platforms to eligible individuals in the republic.
This followed the signing of a memorandum of agreement (MoA) between IPMPI and CIMBPH, MyEG said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
“The MoA would be effective for three years from the date CIMBPH commences its banking operations, which is expected to be in the near future.
“The memorandum has no fixed value and is dependent on the customer take-up of the bank’s financial products through IPMPI,” it said.
