KUALA LUMPUR: Tropicana Corporation Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Tropicana Golf & Country Resort Bhd (TGCRB) is disposing a 7,143 square meter piece of leasehold land in Bandar Damansara, Selangor, for RM42.287 million.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property developer said TGCRB had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with MCT Bhd’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, One Residence Sdn Bhd, to dispose the land, expiring on April 2019.
It said the leasehold land would be acquired free from all encumbrances and with vacant possession.
