Inix cooperates with China and Korean companies to create a new e-commerce platform

KUALA LUMPUR: INIX Technologies Holdings Bhd has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with RLONG TUO International Watch, a well-known luxury Chinese diamond watch company and Gk Global Group, a Korean cell therapy company, to create a new e-commerce platform.

The signing was made through its subsidiary, Inix Network Sdn Bhd.

The three parties cooperate to strengthen consumer experience of new e-commerce platform through large data and artificial intelligence, as well as tightly integrated online services, offline experience and modern logistics services under the MoA.

Inix network director Chow Hung Keey said the three parties will combine each of their customer networks to create a stronger business network.

In addition, facilities, marketing costs, resources, equipment and supply chains in different countries can also be shared in this collaboration.

Chow said in order to benefit everyone, the partners will also share their expertise, knowledge, human resources, among others.

Inix Network will focus on the research and development of artificial intelligence and the potential of blockchain in the future to create a better future.

Gk Global chairman Edward Shin Dong Hwa said the company is a well-known natural killer cell (NKCL) therapy company in South Korea that provides effective treatment for cancer patients through high-tech cell therapy and plans to setup medical centre in Malaysia.

“In South Korea, NKCL therapy has proven to be a good cure for cancer, especially in the first and second stage of cancer patients, and their chances of getting a cure are very high,” he said.

He said under the cooperation agreement, the first phase of the cooperation will arrange for cancer patients in Malaysia to South Korea for treatment.

Then, if the demand is higher, the partner will establish a medical center in Malaysia to facilitate cancer patients in Malaysia.

“We have set a goal to achieve a turnover of US$300 million to US$500 million in Southeast Asia in the next three years,” he said.

RLONG TUO International Watch director Linda Chen said the company hopes this new business relationship can open up more cooperation potential.

She said that under the agreement, Inix Network will become the exclusive Malaysian agent of the RLONG TUO diamond watch, responsible for selling the diamond watch.

“I believe this is the beginning of cooperation between the two sides. There are still many potentials for cooperation to develop in the future,” she said.
