GOB inks MoU with Fawoo to market nanobubble products

KUALA LUMPUR: Global Oriental Bhd's (GOB), wholly-owned subsidiary Global Nano Innovation Sdn Bhd (GNI), signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with South Korea-based Fawoo Nanotech Co. Ltd (FNC) to market the latter's nanobubble products.

GOB executive director Gan Vi King said the MoU allows the company and FNC to negotiate exclusively and establish the terms of cooperation for the distribution and joint manufacture of FNC's nanobubble products that will hopefully lead to a definitive commercial agreement.

GOB recently incorporated GNI for business expansion and future business activities.

FNC is a developer and supplier of Nanobubble Ozone Water generator which have a wide range of applications from healthcare to agriculture, unifies the natural cleansing power of water with ozone and modern nanobubble technology to create a safe and highly effective natural sanitiser and disinfectant.

Gan said this execution of the MoU would hopefully be the first step in GOB's venture into the healthcare protection business where there is much potential.

"We see opportunities as Malaysians become more health-conscious especially during a period of pandemic.

"This technology would allow us to create a safe space in public areas using nanobubble ozone (O3) water in Malaysia and Singapore.

"As it is water-based, we believe it would appeal to a wider spectrum of community in general as the currently available sanitisers and disinfectants are predominantly alcohol-based," he said.
