KUALA LUMPUR: Public relations and communications firm iOli Communications Sdn Bhd views 2021 as the year of new opportunities discovery and ideas creation.

iOli Comms chief executive officer Yan Lim said media outlets and mass consumers were shifting their needs and interest into digital platforms.

Thus, Lim said digitalisation discipline would stay now and forever in the PR industry.
