KUALA LUMPUR: Inta Bina Group Bhd's subsidiary Inta Bina Sdn Bhd has secured a RM43.6 million contract from Eco Majestic Development Sdn Bhd for main building works for gated and guarded residential units in Precinct 9, Cheerywood - Phase 4.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia Securities today, the company said the construction of Phase 4 is 20 months from November 1, the commencement date. Meanwhile, the two units of mock-unit of the development are expected to be completed within seven months, and the TNB substation should be finished within six months from November 1.
The company added that it intends to fund the contract via internally generated funds and/or external borrowings.
