UEM Sunrise teams up with Affin Bank to "empower women"

KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd has partnered with Affin Bank Bhd through its latest mortgage acquisition programme called "Affinita" to empower women and promote homeownership among them.

This is the company's second collaboration with Affin Bank, with the first one held in 2022 called "Home Step Fast/i" to encourage home ownership and provide more savings for homebuyers.

"Our partnership with Affin Bank is one of our many efforts to provide homebuyers with the financial support to afford their dream homes.

"The partnership also represents a significant step towards supporting women in various aspects of their lives, and by providing access to attractive financial support, we can empower women to achieve their dreams of property ownership, among other things," said UEM Sunrise chief marketing officer Kenny Wong.

Wong said the partnership now includes homeownership within the company's projects in Klang Valley and Johor.

The MINH in Mont'Kiara, The Connaught One in Taman Connaught, Residensi AVA and Residensi ZIG in Kepong, Serene Heights Intrika in Semenyih, and KAIA Heights in Taman Equine are among them.

Wong said Aspira Gardens and Aspira ParkHomes in Gerbang Nusajaya, as well as Serimbun in Iskandar Puteri in Johor, are ideal for female first-time home buyers, upgraders, and buyers looking to expand their property portfolio.
