KUALA LUMPUR: Affin Bank distributed 150 packed meals to media practitioners at the New Straits Times Press (M) Bhd (NSTP) in Balai Berita, Bangsar today.
Affin Bank strategic communications head Farah Ghani said the meals for iftar were distributed to all media companies.
"This is one of our ways to strengthen friendships with media companies because we have known each other for so long.
"At the bank, we work during office hours, but it is different for media practitioners who work irregular hours, sometimes returning home late. We hope that this gesture will bring joy to them."
She said previously Affin Bank provided bubur lambuk but this year they opted for packed meals.
