Resonex 2023 launched with nearly 150 booths

KUALA LUMPUR: The second edition of Retail Solution Expo (Resonex 2023) was launched this morning with nearly 150 exhibiting booths.

They are from retail automation, point of sales system, customer service optimisation tools, food suppliers and equipments.

There are also overseas participation from Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and Singapore.

"Resonex is all-in-one avenue for product and services owners and providers to showcase their offerings," Resonex co-founder Judy Tam said at the launch here today.

Tam added that the expo is also a platform for retailers and SMEs to source for products are services for their business.

"It serves as a business matching platform to connect business owners with many retail-focused programmes planned throughout the three-day event till Nov 18," Resonex advisor and managing director of Rotol Group Datuk Seri Garry Chua.

Resonex 2023 is expected to attract some 8,000 visitors, who will be rewarded with freebies such as free drinks and massages.

"It will be a journey of experiential, engagement and education with many programmes and activities," said Resonex co-founder Adrian Ang.

Resonex 2023 has partnered with Barista Guild Asia to organise Malaysia Open Barista and Latte Art Championship with the participation of more than 20 contestants.

Seminars and talk featuring speakers, panel discussions and workshops that cover a wide range of topics from the latest trends and best practices in the industry.

The brands participating include Pernas, Laundry Bar, Hotel Seri Malaysia, Microsoft, GDex, Tune Protect, iPay88, Alpro Foundation, Old Town White Coffee and KK Supermart.
