Agata redefines digital healthcare landscape with AI-powered app

KUALA LUMPUR: Healthcare technology company Mywam Sdn Bhd has unveiled Agata, a subscription-based AI-powered healthcare app.

Mywam claimed that the app is set to transform the digital landscape of medical healthcare.

"Its chatbot integrates cutting-edge technology with a human touch, supporting over 30 languages available in both voice and text formats, providing patients with unlimited 24x7 'talk

time' with a doctor for medical advice, health support, sales queries, and mental motivation," Mywam founder Dana Ariya said.

"Doctors can fully utilise the advanced solution at a fixed cost to chat with patients or potential patients through a customised human voice, healthcare knowledge, and avatar for pre-

consultation, on-going advice, or post-consultation purposes," he added.

Dana expressed excitement about

the significant transformative impact of Agata as a game-changer in the healthcare industry.

"Our mission is to make healthcare accessible and inclusive for everyone, no matter where or when you are. Agata ensures that family members have constant support, motivation, and

trustworthy care at all times."

Developed in collaboration with Osense, a leading tech research startup from Taiwan, Agata also offers various conveniences for users to schedule appointments, access health records, and obtain information on their healthcare journey.

It provides doctors with tools to streamline healthcare delivery and enhance patient engagement.

"We aim to reach out to 1,000 doctors by this August, with our goal of reaching one million patients in need," he said.

Mywam was founded in 2007 by Dana with more than 15 years of experience in helping more than 2,500 clinics and 5,000 doctors in clinic business advisory, practice management and digital operation transformation.
