New accessories for Hilux and Sienta

UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd has introduced new Toyota accessories to enhance the Toyota Hilux and Sienta.

The new accessories are the TRD aerokit for the Toyota Hilux Double Cab (current generation) and a tailgate assist (for the current and previous generation of the Hilux).

As for the Sienta, the mini multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) gets an aerokit option.

There is also a SmartTag unit specially designed for Toyota vehicles which can be connected to the battery and stored in the centre console.

The new TRD aerokit for the Hilux is priced at RM4,800 inclusive of six per cent Goods and Services Tax (GST) and installation charges. It consists of a front grille, front lower bumper cover, over fenders, skid plate and shift knob. Owners of the Hilux 2.8G also have the option of including the TRD 18-inch allow wheels with exclusive wheel nut for an extra cost.

As for the Sienta mini MPV, the aerokit is priced at RM2,950 inclusive of six per cent GST. The aerokit consists of a front bumper spoiler and side skirts. Owners who already have the Hilux or Sienta can also purchase the aerokits and have them installed at UMW Toyota Motor’s service centres.

The tailgate assist for the Hilux retails for RM985 inclusive of six per cent GST and it can be installed on the Double Cab variants of the current generation and the previous generation (2005-2016). Installations can be done at UMW Toyota Motor service centres.

For those who are purchasing a new Toyota, the cost of all accessories can be included in their hire-purchase loan. This is more advantageous than purchasing from accessory shops where the full amount will have to be paid right away.

All the accessories come with a warranty covering manufacturing and installation defects for three years or 100,000km (whichever comes first after purchasing).

More information on the new accessories is available at authorised Toyota showrooms and service centres nationwide, on toyota.com.my or by calling Toyota freephone at 1800-8-TOYOTA (869682).
