KUALA LUMPUR: BMW Malaysia unveiled its Luxury Excellence Pavilion in Malaysia with a special appearance of its Concept 8 Series for the first time in South East Asia.
BMW Group Malaysia managing director and CEO Han Sang Yun said the model and concept brought from Toronto, Canada to Malaysia, redefined the idea of modern luxury in the auto industry.
Those who want to experience the special BMW Luxury Excellence Pavilion programme can do so from today to March 7 at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur.
On the BMW Concept 8 Series, Han added that it was a precursor to the upcoming BMW 8 Series Coupé, which is scheduled to be launched later this year.
The BMW Concept 8 Series features BMW's traditional kidney grille, slim laser twin headlights and large air intakes.
The car is finished in Barcelona Grey Liquid – a greyish-blue with highly iridescent pigments.
Malaysia is the sixth location after Germany, Russia, Italy, Toronto and Singapore to provide the BMW Luxury Excellence Pavilion programme.
