University aims to encourage participation in e-sports

PETALING JAYA: City University Malaysia’s Mass Communication Society and Arts and Design Club will be organising an event aimed at creating an interactive learning experience for students through an augmented reality game.

The event will be held from Nov 13 to 29 and is aimed at promoting and supporting the local e-sports industry.

The point of the game is to find the identities of five to 10 people called Kings which will be “hidden” among participants.

This will encourage students from different courses to interact with one another.

The Mass Communication Society promotes projects and encourages creativity and involvement in the field of mass media.

City University Malaysia is a private university founded in April 1984.
