#TECH: ProppyApp enhances user experience with new features

KUALA LUMPUR: ProppyApp, a property-all-in-one portal, has launched the latest version of the app with four new features to enhance consumers and businesses experience on the platform. The omni-app (multifunction app) enables consumers to easily connect with service providers, merchants, traders, and repairmen, while offering these businesses a convenient and secure platform to promote, sell, let or list their properties and services to a local and global market.

The company said, the new features add to the extensive property-related services already available on the platform, enriching user experience with innovative solutions not previously found within the industry.

* Needs: A feature for users to post requests under ProppyCares for various merchants and services to take on the job. Users can create requests for a variety of jobs and services, including plumbing, gardening, painting, and more.

* ⦁Make-An-Offer: A premium feature for home buyers to indicate their interest and commitment to make an offer via cash or ProppyApp's points, known as ProppyGems, to a home seller.

* ⦁ProppyCam: ProppyApp's very own in-app video camera feature that shoots in 5-second segments to produce nine short videos presented in a 3x3 grid. This enables users to have multiple views of a property at a glance.

* ⦁ProppyNews: A community-driven news curation platform hosted on the app where users can submit property-related local and international news links.

"Our goal is to help property owners manage their properties efficiently and effectively in order to make better investment decisions. At the same time, we provide innovative tools and services for small and medium businesses to promote, sell or let their properties and services," said ProppyApp chief marketing and communications officer, Evan Ngow.

"Looking ahead, we are focussing on R&D for product development and improvement as well as building capacity and capability in our talented team, to support our growth aspirations within the country and the region," he said.
