#TECH: Touch 'n Go receives most-preferred graduate employer award

KUALA LUMPUR: Touch 'n Go Group received top honours as the Most Preferred Graduate Employer in the Fintech Category at the recent Graduates' Choice Awards 2023 and was recognised as one of the top 25 Most Preferred Graduate Employers Overall.

The results were determined by votes from Malaysian university students, which captures their future employment preferences from various aspects, including the most preferred employer.

Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd's chief human resource officer, Erlny Greiss said the Graduates' Choice Awards is one of the most significant recognitions for a company in the validation of its talent management and human resource initiatives and practices.

"These two awards are a testament to the fact that today's graduates believe in Touch 'n Go as a reputable employer in the fintech industry and see the value of our transformation over the last few years. We strive to build a compelling employer brand that is supported by effective leadership, high employee engagement, and a high-performance culture," she said.

The award was organised and hosted by Talentbank in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education and universities across Malaysia.

Close to 50 industries were recognised and the voting results were audited by the Board of Audit Committees before they were announced.
