KUALA LUMPUR: “Who would’ve thought that you would find your soulmate in KL, Bella. I’m so happy for you! Now I can see you everyday!” wrote actress Nora Danish in her Instagram post last night.
The post was directed to the newlywed Indonesian actress Laudya Cynthia Bella, 29, who tied the knot with Engku Emran Engku Zainal Abidin, 42, (ex-husband of actress Erra Fazira), yesterday.
"Be a good wife. You are a good person inside and out. Your sincerity shines through, which is why I came to love you since the first time I met you!” she said.
Nora, 35, and Bella were co-stars in the Indonesian movie, Surga Yang Tak Dirindukan 2 which was released here last February, and they remained good pals even after filming wrapped up.
In the film, Nora played Sheila, a personal assistant to Laudya who starred as Arini.
Nora was also given the honour of being one of Bella’s bridesmaids at the wedding ceremony.
It was reported that Nora and her husband, Nedim Nadzri, 34, played cupids by introducing the newlyweds about five months ago.
