KUALA LUMPUR: It’s been awhile since Datuk Siti Nurhaliza performed on stage, especially since she is pregnant, but the songstress made an exception for her stepson’s wedding last night.
Siti and her step daughter in-law, Indonesian singer Tya Ariffin, joined forces and performed a duet for the lovebirds - newlyweds Adib Khalid and actress Izara Aishah after their solemnisation ceremony in Damansara.
In a video uploaded by Siti’s manager Rozi Abdul Razak on her Instagram account, the pair performed a rendition of Kenangan Terindah, a song by popular Indonesian band Samsons.
Many commented how they missed seeing the 38-year-old perform live and complimented on her vocal prowess despite being with child.
