KUALA LUMPUR: Popular producer and actress Sheila Rusly’s outfit became the talk of some Netizens recently.
The 46-year-old is currently on set filming her popular cooking show with celebrities, Ketuk-Ketuk Ramadan, slated to air during the upcoming fasting month.
After filming an episode at a hypermarket in Kuantan, Pahang, Sheila shared a photo of her with her guest for that episode on her Instagram.
She had on a casual brown pantsuit and a long-sleeved black top with a matching hijab.
A Netizen however commented: “Rasanya baju sis x sesuai untuk ketuk ketuk Ramadan.” (I think what you are wearing is not appropriate for Ketuk-Ketuk Ramadan.)
Sheila responded to the comment, cynically asking if she should have worn a jubah (robe) instead.
“Tahun depan saya panggil awak jadi stylist saya ye.. @norzamaakhir @naomilarra bole hantar surat resign,” she added in her response. (You can come and be my stylist for this programme next year. @norzamaakhir and @naomilarra [her fashion stylists for the show] can send their resignation letters).
Several other Netizens backed up the artiste, saying that there was nothing wrong with the ensemble, it’s body-hugging, appropriate with her image of hijab-clad woman.
