KUALA LUMPUR: Getting honours at awards shows doesn’t necessarily call for big celebrations. Sometimes, what is needed is a private moment to take it all in, with your loved one by your side.
That was how power couple Nur Fazura Sharifuddin and Fattah Amin celebrated their big win when they swept clean all the trophies for the popular categories last night at the Anuerah Telenovela 2018, thanks to the votes from their fans.
Through an insta-story post last night, Fazura who is away on a work-holiday trip with Fattah and could not be present at the awards show, shared an appreciation post, thanking her fan club and fans for working hard to vote for them.
“Atas lantai di bilik and counting our blessings for our beloved warriors yang telah banyak berjuang untuk kemenangan malam ini. (On the floor of our room, counting our blessings for our beloved warriors who fought hard for tonight’s win.)
“Banyak yang nak diucapkan. InsyaAllah akan disampaikan esok sebab mata kami jugak dah layu seharian bekerja sambil bercuti dengan pemenang @maybank. (There’s a lot that we want to say but say it tomorrow as we’re also tired from our work-vacation trip).
“We have all of you on our minds and our hearts as always especially tonight.”
The couple, dubbed ‘Fattzura’ by fans won Popular Telenovela Actor, Popular Telenovela Actress, Popular Telefilm Actor and Popular Telefilm Actress.
The two drama series they starred in — Wanita Terindah and Hero Seorang Cinderella — won Popular Novel and Popular Telefilm trophies respectively.
