KUALA LUMPUR: Rumours of a cool collaboration between uber popular K-pop band BTS and Nicki Minaj have been making its rounds as of late.
Much to their fans’ delight the news of the collaboration has been confirmed by BTS’s agency, Big Hit Entertainment.
The US rapper is said to be featured on the band’s track titled Idol for their latest album Love Yourself: Answer.
According to Soompi, BTS sent a request to the Starship rapper to feature her on the song, and she happily took up the offer.
When interviewed by Billboard, the band described the collaboration as a dream come true.
One of its members RM said “Nicki’s the best” and that they’re huge fans of her work.
“Our dreams are really happening,” he added.
